Your Creative Access journey – from application to emerging leader

Creative Access will support you from the moment you start looking for a role.

This kicks off with our CV CLINICS. You can organise an appointment with a member of our recruitment team, to get your CV and covering letter in pristine shape. For those who have registered with us but have yet to secure their dream role, if you would like to sign up for a CV Clinic, please contact us via this email, stating your name and the role you most recently applied for. We will then email you a link to our online scheduling tool.

Next up if you do get shortlisted for a role, we’ll provide you with ASSISTANCE WITH YOUR APPLICATION. We will provide you with interview advice and support to ensure you have the best chance at securing a role.

Once you successfully secure an internship, or an entry-level role, you’ll join our ENTRY LEVEL SUPPORT PROGRAMME – to help you make the most of the opportunity in your workplace and give you the very best chance of success. Training begins with an induction day, where you’ll meet other candidates also embarking on their creative journeys, develop soft skills and get a taster of our monthly masterclasses which take place from 6- 8pm at some of the UK’s leading creative organisations. Masterclass attendance is compulsory for all interns and optional for those who have finished their internship. You can read more about the programme here.

On completion of your internship (or after a year in a permanent role), you’ll automatically graduate onto our DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME.  This programme has three elements; mentoring, networking and training for emerging leaders. For more information about the programme see here.
