Career Guidance

We attend hundreds of careers fairs and events across the UK throughout the year, speaking to students about how to access careers in the creative industries. This extensive outreach ensures we have a constant pipeline of brilliant, diverse talent keen to enter the sector with on average a thousand new registrations each week. It is why employers come to us with the most exciting paid internships and roles.

We work with careers services & course tutors in universities and colleges throughout the UK. We run training workshops to provide inspiration and advice on creative careers. From 1 hour virtual sessions to half or full day in-person workshops with talks from role models and on-site experience at creative industry employers. We also run ‘make the most of Creative Access’ sessions giving CV & application advice from our expert team.

We provide free support to individuals with CV and cover letter writing and through the application and interview process if you are applying for one of our roles.

We run multiple mentoring programmes for students who typically participate in widening-participation activities; including at London Southbank, Kingston and Goldsmiths universities. By matching students with mentors in their desired field we are proven to improve graduate outcomes. Contact us for more information.
