Their expertise lies in generating tangible results for their clients through hard-working, creative and strategic communications campaigns. Midas PR’s campaigns include working with the Saatchi Gallery, Opera Gallery, National Museum Wales, Artes Mundi, University of the Arts London, Tracey Emin, Grayson Perry, Richard Deacon, Theaster Gates, Pussy Riot, Soheila Sokhanvari, John Akomfrah, Ragnar Kjartansson, David Mach, Setsuko Ono, David Bailey, Bryan Adams.  

They are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join their visual arts team on a six-month paid internship programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented graduate to support the visual arts team on international PR campaigns for some of the most prestigious artists, art galleries, museums, arts festivals and awards in the UK and beyond.  The successful candidate can expect to work on Venice Biennale, Saatchi Gallery, Opera Gallery, Artes Mundi, The Box Plymouth, Boogie Wall Gallery, Ake Festival Nigeria and Ai-Da Robot amongst others.


  • Build and run a PR campaign from beginning to end
  • PR strategy and planning
  • Writing effective and convincing copy for press releases and email pitches
  • Building media lists
  • Running PR software
  • Social media
  • Day to day liaison with arts journalists
  • Project management
  • Creative brainstorming
  • Attending journalist and client meetings
  • Setting up publicity schedules including interviews
  • Press views, award ceremonies and gallery openings
  • Attend a number of client-related events ranging from gallery launches, art fairs, award ceremonies and festivals
  • Responsibility on team accounts, such as running a regional, influencer or magazine campaign as part of a wider campaign

  • A degree in any field or a BTEC art foundation
