Sports Sales Assistant

The London office is always seeking proactive and organised Assistants to work within our Sports Sales department. Sports Sales Assistants provide administrative support to the Sports Agents, carrying out research and making sales calls when needed.


  • General market research on competitors, brands, territories, legislation and events
  • Filter media reports as relevant to the wider team
  • Prospect new business including cold calling
  • New business pitch presentation preparation
  • Produce presentations for client meetings
  • General assistance to the team with ongoing projects
  • Day-to-day support for the team, including diary management, travel arrangements, answering calls, meeting and greeting clients


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Ability to develop business relationships at levels
  • Previous experience in related fields is desirable
  • Ideally a BSC/BA Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel, as well as Keynote and Google Drive
