PA to Creative Director and Executive Producer

ITV‘s Tall Story Pictures are looking for an experienced highly organised and efficient PA to assist the Creative Director and Executive Producer. This is a key role managing the smooth running of their schedule and day-to-day office activities. The job requires the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

This is not a position for someone wanting to work in production or script development, and whilst this role is party to both areas of work it is purely an administrative role.

You will need to have strong IT skills as you will be responsible for the maintenance of the Tall Story Pictures website, raising development approval forms and update current forms, maintaining the holiday spreadsheet, managing all awards entries for BAFTA, RTS, Broadcast, C21 and much more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the the first point of contact for the team and meet and greet visitors
  • Provide full administrative support
  • Diary management
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Manage expenses
  • Book meeting rooms and catering for multiple people
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts
  • Arranging cast and crew screenings

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a PA role
  • Shows strong initiative in their role
  • Experience in managing multiple busy diaries
  • The ability to successfully manage a variety of expectations in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence and tact to liaise with a wide cross-section of internal and external contacts, building good interpersonal relationships
  • A natural ability to put people at ease is essential
  • The ability to build relationships quickly with both on and off screen talent
  • You will be required to work from your own initiative
