TVC are looking to recruit a Junior Digital Designer to join their dynamic team. This is a new position to help generate insight led ideas and visuals, with digital and tech at the heart of the solution.


  • You’ll be expected to work on everything from large corporates to charities to top ten FMCG clients
  • This role will include supporting digital campaigns, web assets such as banners and tiles
  • Support with the design of email marketing templates and paid social and display advertisements
  • You will understand the importance of the creative idea, appreciate the strategic journey and execute it across social and digital


  • You will have a strong and varied portfolio showcasing skills as a creative, specifically across digital and experience in print, social and motion is ideal
  • Be truly collaborative, able to work with other creatives, brainstorming and sharing ideas
  • Conversely you should be able to work independently should the project demand
  • Along with experience in digital design, some experience in print design is beneficial
  • Have a finger on the pulse of the digital/social world – latest thinking and ideas, award winning creative, culture and visual trends and advancements
  • Be passionate, curious, resilient and always learning – You’ll take pride in delivering the very best work
  • Have excellent skills with Adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign)
  • Be proficient in After Effects and basic knowledge of Premiere is advantageous
  • Have basic to intermediate illustration skills
  • Any experience with Data Visualisation and an understanding of UX
  • Be experienced across creative concept generation, digital and social media campaigns and activations, above the line activity, presentation creation
  • A problem solver – generating original, insight led ideas
  • You will be fully integrated in your thinking and have real technical/practical skills
  • Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude about digital design
  • Be a team player that will become invested in TVC culture and enthusiastic about new business opportunities
  • Armed with a visually beautiful portfolio of work
  • You will be curious about creativity, strategy, industry/future trends and tech
