Creative Access is looking for up to three Non-Executive Directors to join our Board and support the organisation as we embark on an ambitious period of growth and development
Creative Access is a not-for-profit social enterprise and is the only organisation in the UK dedicated to recruiting Black, and non-white minority ethnic (BAME) candidates and those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds in the creative industries.
We have placed over 1,000 trainees with more than 400 employer partners across ten creative sectors and have provided employability skills support to over 20,000 individuals. Alumni are also supported via a Development Programme.
Our employer partners span ten creative sectors and are located throughout the UK and range from global brands, to tiny start-ups. A full list of partners is can be found here. We also support the organisations with whom we work, with diversity and inclusion training.
For the next stage of our journey, we would like to recruit Non-Executive Directors to join the Board to, amongst other things, oversee the development and delivery of our vision, act in an ambassadorial role and contribute to the good governance of the organisation.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with expertise in the following areas:
- Organisational development and business growth
- Financial management and accounting
- Experience of the Arts and wider creative industries
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Recruitment and Training
- Marketing and Communications
