They are looking for an Artist Coordinator to provide support in their Operations Team. The role will involve a range of responsibilities, including administrative duties, providing personal assistance to artists and planning engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative duties, including maintaining artist diaries and finalising details of engagements and events
  • Record information for rehearsals and concerts
  • Decide requirements for work permits and/or visas
  • Arrange artists’ travel and accommodation
  • Check, issue, and finalise contracts
  • Provide financial administration, including overseeing tax, fees and royalty statements
  • Review promoter invoices and commission statements
  • Press and PR tasks, including assessing reviews of performances
  • Maintain press material, including biographies, discographies and repertoire lists
  • Assist in preparation and distribution of sales material
  • Assist in maintaining relationship with artist through regular communication
  • Arrange travel trips for your Line Manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

  • Highly effective and efficient administrator
  • Able to ensure accurate, timely and detailed planning and delivery of international engagements (concerts, touring and recording activities) for artists
  • Previous experience of working in Artist Management
  • Pro-active drive and ambition
  • Can-do attitude, excited about the future of the Arts
