AHA Talent sprang into life as Amanda Howard Associates back in the summer of 1996. With an enviable client list of top talent, many of whom are still with the agency, AHA swiftly established itself as a company of great intelligence, imagination and scope. Their clients work across all genres of the industry and between them have won Oliviers, BAFTAS, Comedy Awards, Fringe Firsts and the occasional flutter on the horses.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant agent to join the Creatives’ department of busy theatrical agency. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in an agency or theatre environment and a strong ability to multitask. If this sounds like you, then they would love to hear from you!


  • Assisting with day to day running of the department
  • Assisting management of directors, designers, choreographers and other behind-the-scenes creative clients
  • Updating website and social media
  • Designing and organising marketing mailouts
  • Invoicing and account management


  • They need someone who’s great with people
  • Fantastic on the phone
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • An eye for detail
  • A strong ability to multi-task
  • An enthusiasm for theatre, opera, TV and film
  • A confident MS Windows user
  • They are ideally looking for someone with experience working in an agency or theatre environment
