Haygarth are excited to launch their 2020 Graduate Scheme. You will get to work on big, global brands, learn from a group of amazingly talented and passionate people and have some fun along the way.

Successful candidates will take on the role of Trainee Account Executives. As the day-to-day eyes and ears on your client accounts, you will provide pivotal support in delivering successful and engaging campaigns with involvement in all agency and creative processes. Haygarth welcome applications from all graduates who will have completed their degree by July 2020. You might have completed a degree in a previous year – there is no age limit. If you do not have a degree but do have other work experience you are still welcome to apply.


  • Managing the client relationship including building and nurturing the relationship
  • Supporting elements of project delivery, within established and agreed budgets and time-frames
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of the client’s business and sector, compiling competitor reviews when required, undertakes proactive research of ideas and markets
  • Working with the creative studio; booking creative resource, liaising with creative services, briefing work into the studio
  • Budget management and finance administration
  • Managing supplier relationships and sourcing quotes
  • Monitoring the progress of work and campaigns, produces status reports and contact reports
  • Attending internal brainstorming sessions, assisting with inspiration and idea generation
  • Assisting with proposal development and client presentations
  • Meeting and call follow-up; records meeting and conference call notes and distributes to key parties
  • Providing team and client admin support; booking couriers, organising internal and external meetings, booking team and client travel, maintaining account filing
