A&R Executive Role  (Salary £25,000)

As an A&R Executive, you will be at the front of our scouting process, which looks across the globe for new talent breaking through. We believe we can help them take the next step in their careers with specialised Digital PR. 

Day to day, you will listen to Spotify and once you find a song you think meets our ethos, you’d assess them on a variety of factors to make sure they are at the right stage of their careers to benefit from what we do. After identifying an artist, we have a tried and tested process to reach out to them to establish what their future looks like, show them what we can do and deliver a best in class campaign.

We have a strong focus on personal and career development, which means everyone is on a structured path to achieve a 5% pay rise every quarter for the first 3 years, whilst helping you grow into a Senior A&R and then an A&R Manager.

Campaign Executive Role (Salary £25,000)

As a Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for delivering digital marketing campaigns for clients. This involves onboarding meetings, creating content and monitoring and optimising campaigns.

This is a client-facing role, which means day to day you will attend onboarding meetings and then work with Spotify and our Out of Home Partners to set up digital marketing campaigns, which includes creating the assets. During campaigns, you will optimise campaigns to meet our internal benchmarks. At the end of a campaign, you create the reports and help feed the results back to our Insight Platform Team. In addition to this you will also be assisting A&R Executives to generate proposals. 

We have a strong focus on personal and career development, which means everyone is on a structured path to achieve a 5% pay rise every quarter for the first 3 years, whilst helping you grow into a Campaign Manager and then a Senior Campaign Manager.
