Production Secretary

They are looking for a super organised Production Secretary who can help maintain the smooth running of the office and productions. 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Researching (check prices and availability) and booking travel
  • Reconciling petty cash
  • Supporting PM on all aspects of production
  • Post-production paperwork and music clearance
  • Typing up scripts, photocopying and distributing
  • Paying expenses to team or artists
  • You could be required on location to help running
  • You may have to log rushes coming in from a shoot
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Providing transport and hotel accommodation for guests/presenters
  • Getting quotes for catering and ordering food for team/crews
  • Opening post, and distributing/actioning accordingly
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Monitoring supplies of stationery and office supplies
  • Ordering supplies as required (keeping across all productions in the office if in-house)
  • Maintaining, updating, filing and distributing contacts list (names/address/contact telephone numbers) of all cast and crew.
  • Sourcing equipment such as projectors, screens, DVD players etc
  • Organising, creating and issuing call sheets
  • Logging and file contributor release forms
  • Organising couriers and shipments
  • Processing invoices and liaise with the accounts department
  • Prop sourcing
  • Processing CRB applications
  • Maintaining list of office suppliers
