Haygarth is excited to launch its 2021 Graduate Scheme.  The programme runs for 12 months from September 2021 to August 2022, so you’ll need to be available to work throughout this period (except for holidays of course!). You will join as an Account Executive and will gain a fully integrated experience across key areas of their business.

What you will learn

  • To take responsibility for and support elements of project delivery, within established and agreed budgets and time-frames
  • The daily management of a client relationship such as building and nurturing the relationship, and managing expectations of delivery
  • To work with a creative studio including booking creative resources, liaising with creative services, briefing work into the designers and creatives
  • Budget management by assisting with compiling budgets, tracking and updating costs during projects, developing an understanding of time utilisation
  • Marketing inspiration and idea generation by attending internal brainstorming sessions with

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • We welcome applications from all graduates who will have completed their degree by July 2021. You might have completed a degree in a previous year and there is no age limit
  • If you do not have a degree but do have other work experience you are still welcome to apply

Interview and Assessment

  • If your application is short-listed, you will be invited to an assessment day at Haygarth’s office in leafy Wimbledon Village along with several other candidates
  • The assessment day will consist of a one to one interview, group tasks, a presentation and a networking lunch
  • You will be given full details well in advance along with details of what to prepare
  • If Haygarth are unable to hold the assessment day in the office due to Covid restrictions, it will be held virtually in a similar format
