They are looking for a Global Catalogue Intern to provide support for the Global Catalogue marketing department. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to learn about and get involved in different aspects of what the team is working on.

What you will learn

  • Set up, manage and optimize their global Linkfire destinations
  • Work on Global social requests and management
  • Liaise with the wider digital team to ensure campaigns are carried out with management approval and are in keeping with voice or artist brand
  • Manage and distribute outward facing documents for their global streaming priorities
  • Work on the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns
  • Support the international communications team
  • Create, manage and communicate a weekly highlights email update to all Global Catalogue contacts
  • Maintain and distribute international release schedules
  • Collate and distribute release solicitations to the international territories
  • Create reports and share assets through internal systems
  • Occasionally arrange international phone interviews/promo activities for artists
  • Provide general admin support for the wide Global Catalogue team
  • Handle promotional stocks (ordering, receiving and distribution of promotional stocks)
  • Meet and be the point of contact for visiting artists and managers (once everyone is back at the office)

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Essential

  • Creative individual with a passion for music
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Desire to work across different geographies and cultures
  • Team player with particular enthusiasm for communicating with people

Desirable

  • Broad range of musical knowledge
  • Copywriting skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in using social media for marketing/promotion (in particular Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a busy team
  • Foreign language
