Guardian Media Group (GMG) is a leading global media organisation, the publisher of the Guardian, which celebrates its 200th anniversary in 2021, the Observer and the Guardian.com, which attracts over 200 million global unique browsers each month. They are renowned for their ground-breaking independent journalism and their award-winning digital products.

They are now recruiting for a Graduate Marketing Executive to join the growing team. 


  • Focus on the retention strategy for the Guardian’s digital recurring reader revenue products such as Digital subscription, Recurring Contributions, Membership and the Guardian app
  • Planning and Implementing multi-channel campaigns and journeys across the customer lifecycle
  • Regularly analysing and reporting on campaign performance and developing new audience insight

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

This is a graduate level role where full training will be provided, but ideally you will have:

  • High levels of numeracy and literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Relationship building
  • Motivated self-starter
