Sheffield Doc / Fest, Cassava Republic Press and Tamasha join Creative Access as media partners
This month, we are delighted to welcome Sheffield Doc/Fest, Cassava and Tamasha as new media partners.
Sheffield Doc/Fest is a world leading documentary festival that celebrates the art and business of documentary and programme making. The festival is a hub for all documentary and factual content and comprises of four aspects – film programme for the very best international screenings; Marketplace for international business; Alternate Realities for digital and interactive projects and Talks & Sessions to inspire and learn more.
Founded in 2006, Cassava Republic Press is one of Africa’s leading publishing houses. It aims to showcase the best African writers and change the way African writing is portrayed in the industry. The company is launching a base in the UK in April 2016. Cassava has established a reputation for bringing out high quality fiction and non-fiction for children and adults. Their authors include Teju Cole, Helon Habila and Lola Shoneyin.
Founded in 1989 and based in East London’s trendy Rich Mix offices, Tamasha is Britain’s foremost touring Theatre Company producing new plays inspired by the diversity of a globalised world. Their productions include ‘My Name Is…’ by Sudha Bhuchar and ‘Blood’ by Emteaz Hussain.
